Entrer dans l\u2019album capt\u00e9 en concert \u201cStanding Under Bright Lights<\/em>\u201d d\u2019Alex Henry Foster, c\u2019est s\u2019offrir une exp\u00e9rience envo\u00fbtante. Le fait que cette communion partag\u00e9e dans les salles nous soit interdite depuis un an p\u00e8se un peu dans la balance, mais \u00e7a tient \u00e0 beaucoup plus que \u00e7a! Enregistr\u00e9e en 2019 dans un Club Soda bond\u00e9, la rencontre entre Foster et son public r\u00e9sonne fort. L\u2019auteur-compositeur-interpr\u00e8te et ses complices y ont jou\u00e9 dans son int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 le tr\u00e8s personnel album \u201cWindows in the Sky<\/em>\u201d, cr\u00e9\u00e9 alors qu\u2019il vivait le douloureux deuil de son p\u00e8re. M\u00eame dans nos \u00e9couteurs, sans emballage visuel soign\u00e9 de la proposition sc\u00e9nique, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 vibrant, voire poignant de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement, transpara\u00eet. Dans ces chansons qui se donnent le temps de se d\u00e9ployer, dans ces boucles qui reviennent comme des mantras, dans cette voix compl\u00e8tement investie \u2014 dans son intensit\u00e9 comme dans sa fragilit\u00e9 \u2014une \u00e9vidence saute aux oreilles: les absents ont eu tort. Encore.<\/p>
